15 September persevere. And I actually am too. But I must just tell you something, or show, or you point to something that affects me totally.
A friend of mine, Bernt Lüchtenborg sails, just alone (all alone) twice and non-stop around the world. He is nowhere to land. As I said, nonstop. Even with the wind, and once against the prevailing winds.
Pa'a on the high seas. Bernt Lüchtenborg (www.sail2horizons.com), our word is sailing around the world - 2 times, nonstop, once with and once against the wind! An incredible performance.
The company, if all goes well, should very well be one and a half years, might take a little longer.
He has a web page and published seven days a week short messages.
I watch him every day, because since I once a few years ago a portrait of him have written, we became friends. Bernt to me represents determination, will and courage. As he left
Cuxhaven two months ago, Anna and I have given him a Pa'a-shirt. He said then that he was mighty happy about it.

As I just clicked on his daily record, a window opens with a photograph, which shows him on board his "Horizons". At first I noticed nothing, but when I hinguckte again I suddenly thought that this surely can not be. I looked back once more, again and again gone out. In the next few seconds, tears of emotion ran down my cheeks.

You know, we train around here so a little cry when it (rain I at least), do not exercise, when the sun shines, or a potato curry Majo lures - not to mention a beer. If we have a flat tire in a race or a mad big bubble under the right foot (...) we think of giving up.
And Bernt? The sails on an ocean, alone in an infinite translucent loneliness around. Struggling with technical problems and water intrusion. Must be in winds, we are pleased that our houses are built of steel and concrete, in the 20 meter high mast in a wave back and forth beating climb yacht. He reached the limits of his physical fitness and his mental capacity, it happens every few days, again and again and again.
He does as much more than I have ever done - in sports, as well as outside. He could laugh at me. Real.
And what does he do? He enrolled Pa'a on his yacht!
Can you imagine how mad I feel honored and stirred like mad I am!
