Good people,
I know, I know I'm late. But I drown currently under construction - thank God! - And I have to grab some to me the hour for the blog real. But enough of the least important things. Here we go again. The best place with the blast of the week: Martin!
"Hello,
what was mistaken for a great week down in my home. More is not real! The weather was the whole time and spoiled me with summer temperatures and dry roads. And even had the swimming pool (as hoped by me) has put up last weekend. And who schonmal completed in a completely empty 50 meter swimming pool (8 lanes) under blue skies and fresh air with his good workout was allowed, which would not return to the triathletes really crowded ASH, in which one has to trawl through erkraulen the pace car on his way. Wow, that is hard again the next few weeks. The swimming training was a complete success.
But the bicycle training me, I think, brought a piece to the front. Not only that, I've been through plenty of many kilometers in the mountainous highlands Odenwald discovered my own from scratch and learned to love (Really, who lives here does not have a training camp in Malle-much nicer here: all the idyllic mountain villages with their churches, Heidelberg, etc.).
particular, I have the training company for some cycling and running sessions enjoyed. So I am on Sunday with my former deacon Thomas Pilz (he has me confirmed with and I have not seen him for about 15 years) is broken along a beautiful bike leg through the Odenwald and the beautiful Neckar valley and Thomas gave me as a knowledgeable local racing cyclists the most scenic routes shown.
On Wednesday it was then for me to Bad Mergentheim, in the Odenwald. There dwells my brother Michael, who is attracted to his new home recently and I look at me wanted to. The very hilly area called also called "Baden Siberia", since so little is going on (the villages are all very small and widely scattered), and because it is on average a few degrees colder in winter than in the rest of the state. After the 126 miles I was really flat. Not to compare with a tour in the high, flat north. No piece. Understandably, the track has some really nasty but ramps (see Bikemap.net , my new favorite site) vorzuweisen and is it with 1600 meters of very athletic. As a reward, we went from the evening in the beer garden around the corner: chat, drink wheat and hunters eat steak. Lovely!
The next day, the joy of many steep hills to go back again, stayed in bounds. So great that Michelle had compassion, to accompany me with his bike on the road a piece. So we drove the first 37 kilometers together, which was a lot of fun. He also apparently. I must say he has done sensational and kept up with me. The remaining 89 km I had to unfortunately ran alone. Hui, hard!
Even while running, I had a short time support, as my father accompanied me on Friday for 12 kilometers along the Neckar River with my mountain bike added. He wanted to try, as it rides with click pedals. I assume you know what's coming. As he came down after me, he wanted to ask a couple on the way, if they have to see me run past. But the click-coordination is so difficult at first, and when the wheel came to a stop, the shoes are still in the pedal and my dad had was suddenly in the street before the young couple. But apart from a few bruises all Okay, so he had me as soon caught up and rode my trainer at my side. Very entertaining, this running. Great fun.
What's there to? A race against the clock, similar to the Pa'a-Challenge, The Mathes has recently launched. At the Heidelberg local mountain king chair has a 4.5-kilometer-long winding road with an average of 14 percent slope. From this road and the associated " Challenge " Thomas had told me during our tour together and I knew that I wanted to write on this list. Saturday we went to Heidelberg and also loose from the traffic lights at the foot of the royal chair was my stopwatch. The result: 430 meters in 21:26 minutes. 90th place Only 5 minutes behind the best. Right away that's not bad, especially since the route really beats every pitch in Mallorca loose. "Puig Major" or "Sa Calobra" are against Pullerkram and birthday party. I won!
So, who is from the north to talk in the area, should definitely bring your bike and have a go at the track. In spite of "flat-out drool mode" my little challenge was really great fun.

Pa'a, Martin "
So, I have the time to smash, and come to some 27 hours of training in Martin Jepp weeks.! Man-of-week, since there is no denying what
. I really like is that it has worked well in all three disciplines. And also he has now finally been ran to the 10-by-100 meter swim. Very good. That's fast.
For me the last week, is unfortunately quite different. Zero meter swim, null meter run. I was on business from Monday to Friday morning in North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse on the road, and all too much was not there in terms of training. But at least I've accepted there below, three wheel units. And Martin is probably right when he says "It's better than nothing." In fact, I was sitting
on Tuesday morning already at 7.15 clock in Wipperfürth on the wheel only way I would not have my schedule to exercise. That was still pretty cold, but also extremely beautiful. During the 75 miles I rolled along 1080 meters of altitude. And I was still matter a lot in the connection, than I am when I am here in Hamburg 75 kilometers go.
During the round I'm driven by Hermes Berg, a 20-25-population village, where is Berlin-Axel grew up. But to him there are more later.
Wednesdays then directly again on a training ride on the street, with similar data as before. And on Thursday again with Lars in the Cologne hinterland cozy 72er exit. That day I was previously on the way Rursee in the Eifel, and I really wanted to get a ride. Sorry, but Lars did not get away from Cologne, so that this does not.
But - since you can cycling! Then you could say I should Cycling yes. This is then in a tour up and down, up and down, up and down. At some point I go there with driving the car and turn from the Eifel in my lap. This is wonderful - and exhausting.
Friday and Saturday went unfortunately nothing. For this I received a call from Axel from Berlin (my myth-Ironman-side has built) - it will be indeed be in Klagenfurt Ironman debut. In it he complained that he could not find a good support for its aero hydration system, because his aero bars subject so damn far, but comfortably apart. And while we were talking so and thought about ways he had the idea to build something yourself. But not something with two wooden blocks, clothespins and rubber, laminate, no, he wanted to his custom-made Aero-bottle holder.
And again today he sent me the result of his work. Ye can all admire here!
Honestly, is not that cool?! So he can go straight into production. And I'll ask him directly even if he can give me a disk wheel laminate, or ah equal a new bicycle, a house, I want a house!
In the euphoria over Axel's inventiveness almost forgot, my week:
Monday: nothing
Tuesday: 2:39 hours bike, 75 kilometers
Wednesday: 2:32 hours cycling, 72 km
Thursday: 2:40 hours wheel 72 km
Friday:
nothing Saturday: nothing again
Sunday: 4:15 hours wheel, 12o km
Total: 12 hours - so what!
The Sunday round way, I'm down with Norman, who is also pretty good shape. However, he trained a lot harder but as Martin, and even more so than me. I just hope it was worthwhile. I express here my fingers crossed!
Last night I was again accompanied Martin on his LL-round a piece. And I can only repeat: Very impressive. As I run along so only half of its range, I am completing the fastest Units in recent months. Wow. And unfortunately, my right shin hurts again violently. Maybe it just cut off, and away with it! No, better not!
On Saturday, for me to Lanzarote. Two weeks of work. Really! I do research there for a project. Of course I also hope that I can train a few feet parallel. Maybe I can so the past week and they pay a little here, because this is currently being Only-Office announced.
I will also leave it on Lanza hear from me, promise. And has not anyone want to come along? Serious please write me.
skin clean. Will is Everything!
Sincerely, Your mathias
