Analytical Chemistry Exam

Pre-indoor champs Post

Hey guys,

now we're already back at the German indoor championships. The indoor season is just but also known for its brevity and compactness! This Sunday, the 60m hurdles held in Leipzig, and there I will make myself as a German, years ahead of the competition. The competition is tough as always and so will John Alexander and Greg Trotter definitely my toughest opponent.

I have tried in the last 2 weeks as well as we prepare for this weekend and I think I succeeded. By a disease my coach and the closure of our training facility, I am once again last week to my Germany coach Rudiger Harksen went to Mannheim to me technically to get some feedback. I think that these 2 weeks were again very important for me because now I feel really fit and ready for competition!

Now to my task at the weekend. It will be the biggest task to confirm the impression of the last weeks training and get my technique from the training in the competition for me! For this I need a clear picture of mind and I have worked hard over the last 2 weeks. Now is the time this picture implement this. I know I can do that and if I succeed, I firmly believe that a new Saisonbestzeit is definitely there. Firstly, I must try to build the last competition, because as I have already succeeded in some things very well. I'll try just concentrated and focused to go in the race and just go my way.

I'm definitely sure that I can show a good performance on Sunday and this time no one can stop me. Especially not my biggest enemy that so many times I was myself.

Keep your fingers crossed and with a fever!

Piercing Kiosk Roosevelt Field Mall

10th yet ..

Hey guys,

now are are my start in Karlsruhe already passed a few days and I can finally write a few sentences to meeting. As some of you have probably already noticed, stood behind my name in the results a "DSQ". What does this mean? I flinched in the starting block and was already considered a false start and so I was shown the red card and I was allowed or had the track to be run without leave. This is of course for each runner the maximum penalty, because there is nothing worse than seeing the race and then empty your car.

Now there are above all positive things I want to tell you about the weekend. And although I have while finally warming up again felt really good and was about to attack my Saisonbestzeit. While warming up at last once again the feeling to run really fast since. The trial start was pretty bumpy. Also a result of the few starts that I had made in the weeks before. My start in the interior then shortly before the race was against it again much better. One thing has me on that day also once again very much. I could focus are long-time once again correct. Directly before the start I've finally done it again, my concentration build up, so I was totally with me and nowhere else! I knew it was half the battle. And so I was extremely motivated for the race.

Yes what can I say then do so. Of course I noticed, as I shrugged. These are things that happen very easily. Of course I do not and it is on anyone else except for me to locate the fault, but I am doing well if I have ticked off adversity this already with a view of the red card. And I did. Of course it would once have been a good way to bring security for the German championship, but it is not always as you think.

The above points now give me security and serenity that the node with the Germans Championships will explode, because I know I am fit and hungry! Now it is calm and not run after anything hasty. Rather, it is now getting a clear head and to allow the entry of what I need now. I know I need only one race for my season to roll up completely. The race, which are already waiting for some time in me!

The countdown is on, 10 days left until the day X.

Never stop moving forward!

Worksheet On Kitchen Hazards

Pre-Karlsruhe post

Hey guys,

now stands again at the next race. On Sunday I'm going to go in Karlsruhe at the start and me again Introducing the German Championships an international class field! The Heats will be launched towards the 16.26 clock and I will be there. In addition to David Oliver and Liu Xiang other recreational athletes at the start will be.

goes for me there with a very good feeling to Karlsruhe, on the one hand I have regenerated me in this week once again very good and I feel much better than a week ago, and on the other hand, I am in Karlsruhe last year ran my personal best. So there are two reasons why I climb tomorrow with a good feeling in the car!

For me, it is now is back to find back to my running pattern. I feel good and I'm really hot on Sunday! The focus must be on me and my art. For there lies the key to fast times and racing. If I manage that, then struggle through my art picture, then I can be more than happy to go out of the competition. But as you know, this is often easier said than done. But no matter how far my indoor season has gone, I feel really fit again and, above all, my head is right where he should be. I have this week put a few things that I have been busy for a while so I can go free and clear in my head into the meeting.

I'm hot on Sunday because I know what I can and can quite easily go into Sunday. It is definitely a highlight. I will enjoy it.

Wish me luck, if you want to also watching TV, for € Sport transmits this meeting. I need your support so stay tuned!

You notice I'm nervous, as I write these words, for exactly this missing me right now!

Never stop moving forward!

How To Hack Club Nintendo Acounts

Simply put all times!

Hey guys,

turbulent two weeks are behind me. And surely you have guessed that if it had gone well in Glasgow, I would have then been reported more with you. To make it short. It was a minor disaster! 7.88 sec. and 4th place were my yield at the end and I can only say that I felt really do not fit on the day!

So that I may have referred only briefly and now I wanted to quickly prepare for the next start in Stuttgart at the Sparkassen Cup. I did, namely to do with anything, for a blood test showed how well I'm just still zuuuuu Platt and am still in a kind of "over-training state" from which I now have to recover extreme. Therefore, it was only 1 time for training and then put my legs otherwise. And that gave me good in any case done. Because on Saturday I felt a lot better and was motivated for the race on Saturday! The big-name competitors at the start, I need to tell here so not because we are talking here of the world's best hall meeting in many years. So it went for me so in the lead. Fortunately, with a better feeling than the week before! Although I am still not 100% was there where I want to go I tried everything. The start I managed quite well and so I could keep up at least until the first hurdle by David Oliver. But then not much happened and that is what is now concentrating on the focus I've got, because of course I'm the bad race in the last week in my technology image a little insecure and so I run way too cautious and not as I can! This is expressed so that the pressure in the hurdle I miss quite a Sun and have such a pretty high trajectory over the hurdles. I assume that the support before and after the hurdle hurdle too passive and I'm not really into the sprint! Walk through this passive is lowered my center of gravity and so I get even less speed in the hurdles. Certainly this is something that increases fitness comes back again, but I must now establish focus particularly easy place to run technically better. In the end I ran 7.79 seconds and it was definitely a step forward. This was annoying, of course, I've run in the final three hundredths over and have so get a second chance. I know that the second term would have run much better and I even designed my Saisonbestzeit this Saturday would have been able to improve. But maybe it was very good because the burden was of course not quite as high and it occurs to me now not so hard for me to return next weekend to regenerate well.

I know this sounds a bit quängelich, but I have to work around at the moment just very careful and delicate with my body because I know that I still can significantly improve if I continue to stay focused and fun and confidence again let into my head! Until my next start on Sunday in Karlsruhe, I will try everything in me to "full throttle" in order to place the next step forward to make! Even though my head has always wanted everything, so I MUST listen to my body and give him the time he needs.

Finally, I will still tell you a nice story that I witnessed on Friday in Stuttgart. It has just always sprinters at these images in mind that no one talks to each other and collides with an ego the other always. I experienced on Friday that it can be otherwise. There sat David Oliver and Dayron Robles, the two protagonists of world hurdling the last 2 - 3 years at dinner and have chatted and laughed really loose! You have to say that both are extremely loose and straight with David, I am extremely well clear.

In any case, it makes a lot of fun to compete against these two, although I do not of course at the moment see so much sun! YET;)

So stay tuned folks!

"Never stop moving forward!"
