the tension continues to rise, and to me it seems a bit of my brain to dissolve. I remember the best will not remember what I've been training in the past week - at least not to each unit. Like last week, announced this week was not what concerns the training so much. This was even on my business trip to England, but not only. What we learn from it? After eight months of preparation and many, many hours of training received never a risk. Above all, this close to competition. Since then, I also just wrapped up really warm (despite 20 degrees) to the door. On a cold I have that is no motivation.

Uiiii, this looks like a normal week. This is a minor difference but not my last seven days. The view that is as far as I remember and Anna think of anything more, as follows from:
Monday: Swim 3800 meters
Tuesday: No idea
Wednesday: 1:30 hour run, 17 kilometers
Thursday:?
Friday: 1 hour running, 11 kilometers
Saturday: Nothing, I know exactly
Sunday!: 2:36 hours cycling, 78 km
Total: Approximately 6 hours.
Yes it may be true? But somehow it just came that way. And I can still think and think again, but there was not anymore. Hm The trouble is also that I am still very tired. Herrjee, that does not exist yet. But it is true that the whole thing to me in the past two weeks but was quite difficult. Somehow I had always something in between or just do not want. What it otherwise: I have now almost all the puzzle-particles together so that it may soon go off. Ahh, almost forgot - again - need new cleats screws I have. Another one of those many small particles puzzle.
granola bar I have stashed away already. I'll probably go with the Outsnack into the race. Who may not as great energy values such as power bars, but I think it's pretty good that there are in it processed oatmeal, so it still has something to chew. Speaking of chewing
: Please note, on 15 July, which is a Wednesday, we hold to the Altona balcony, which is the green in front of the Altona Town Hall, overlooking the harbor, a post-Ironman-grilling. sisster Aaaah, well, almost forgot. Inventory have just made. Actually, this should motivate me, but in fact it scared me. Here is my training data for the year 2009 (from 1 January, up to and including today): I swam
89 900 meters. These are the weekly average 3300 meters. Well, that's not much, even more little. Swimming pros do it in a week! But who knows me knows that I am as always a little lazy. Can we not change eh!
bike I rode 5257 km . That sounds pretty quite decent. There are 194 kilometers per week. So roughly speaking, twice per week cycle. I think that you can already fairly vigorous press.
Now comes what really scares me: Sent I am no less than 772 km . These are per week 28 km. Ahem. What can I say: Each had from our Pa'a team and I have more demands. But somehow - I think especially of the shins - was no longer possible. And now that these things do not hurt more, it's too late. So be it.
