At least 25 kilometers. This stream was mixed in the other right. I had from the start - as I say - business problems, and somehow the whole system was therefore quite untrue. And I was just glad that I turned, as Dirk Radtke and Martin decided to run to the next almost 10 kilometers quickly - mind you, in the Long Run!
The Thursday struck again with a floating unit to book. Crap, really really not enough for the crucial period. But the head and body would somehow calm, and I have them worried. And on Friday I have been following this, as I put only a loose jogging on the Elbe, and in turn to any swimming waived.
mind was also a little Altonale Anna's engagement to blame. Because there they had a booth where she sold her friend Wiebke hand printed scarves, shirts and baby rompers. I can tell you: Our apartment looks out for two months as a workshop, and I'm glad when it is now a little calmer. And why stop me on the swim? Because of course I helped here and there where I could. Logical.
On Saturday I was biking with Reiner (starts in Klagenfurt), Dirk (Roth) and the short-athletes and Jens Thomas in the north of Hamburg on the road. This was a unit. First of far out, and as we were the furthest from Hamburg, it was suddenly "Now 10 minutes!" At first I was somewhat undecided, but then I have not changed my rags, and I'm down with. Nevertheless, it went quite well. And then was gone again so quiet - until, indeed until the announcement was: "Now 20 minutes!" "Oh Noo", I thought, "but that has just done so much." Well, after 30 minutes of the interval was over and the others were faster in the group only one and a half minutes as I do. I could live with. For the struggling I pace, I surmised, would I be able to also drive for five hours. Yes, sounds optimistic, but yes you have to be!

In contrast to the finite interval could hear the rain but only a further quarter of an hour later. I was now 90 km on the odometer and I was fairly cold. 20 km later, at least the leggings were a bit dried, then it has caught us above the city once more bitter and cold. Corrosive. After 130 kilometers, I knew at least not fast enough in the hot tub to come. The clothes were flying through the house, and hush-hush, whoosh-whoosh, I was already in the hot soothing water.
then quickly, very quickly (I wanted to Anna and Wiebke on the state) a huge plate of pasta, hot-drawn and get rid of. Man oh man, a tour can take a perhaps the energy from the body. What are you listening this? For example, because I barely three hours later - in the time I had already placed a coffee and cake at me - another of fries, sausage-Majo munched. And that has tasted!
After a few hours on the stand and a few beers at the end of the day, I then slept quite well. And the next morning it was supposed to go back on the wheel, and this time even for 5 or 6 hours. When I saw the weather, but I put a text message from all the others that I was too sure have not. Martin, it was similar, and both of us so we sat around noon for a Ründchen on the plane.
