Good people,

that was maybe a week. No, does not think that you, I've been training a lot total. Also, the reverse is not true. At least not in the form that I have little training, because I was lazy - as has occurred here and there ever been in the past.

On Sunday, I further from badminton recover, I'm still the same, then rose on the wheel. Wonderfully, my little black Basso. Nice cozy picked by the four-country, at my favorite tree with a delicious apple and continue towards Ahrensburg, with half-way toward me my former colleague Ben. Together, we are nice and quiet then cycled to him, where his family and Anna were waiting with coffee and cake on us.

So that's seen as a nice conclusion of a sporting exciting week:

Monday: nüscht
Tuesday: mental preparation for spring ball-Wednesday
Wednesday: Badminton
Thursday: hospital
Friday: Almost worse than Thursday
Saturday: 2:10 running, 20 km
Sunday: 2:40 hours cycling, 75 km

Total: Let's say 5 hours (not counting spring ball)

Juut, now the weather is bad, the golden September seems to be over. It's in a hopefully beautiful October. Despite lousy weather
first, I hope, still get out on a jog. More likely in the evening.

Uiuiuiuiiuiiiii, really on the ball I'm not technically training. But a promise is a promise and is not broken. And if the miller says, He starts on 15 September and will take the Bloggerei, then the same way.

But what blogging when not training? Right, that's impossible. So I have in the past week, at least four times already played a jerk. Because - like many others - I do not think that I have exhausted my body yet - far from it. So there would certainly still be one or the other to get.

I on the other side now does not want to morph into animal training, I will approach the matter cautiously. The rough plan therefore provides to December to train about 4 to 7 hours a week. This is not much, but should a certain level in the next season can save you. Starting in January, it's back a weekly long run, and up to 8 hours of training. A very nice round I had with Matt, who after a long break due to illness begins again with a loose workout. a warm hello and back from the summer break. Man, that was a long Time, and I do not know where to start. But then everything went his way. At least it seemed. Because suddenly I was on my Mac no longer continue. In any case: The Prince, Maik and I will - as all normal and good runs - on 12 September 2010 by 7 clock in the morning in Madison in the Lake Monona jump. Is that cool ?!!!!
Funny, even this morning I thought "crap, now I have to train again," but as I write this, I'm looking forward.

Wisconsin is expected in about (not quite) be as heavy as the Ironman Lanzarote. This can be foreseeable to the winning times. Something to 8:43 hours there all-time best.
This is - at least for me - just the thing. I want to achieve that is with the launch overseas, that I take the whole thing a little looser than before. The link with vacation, discovering a new area, and beyond that knowledge, that this race can not be made less than 10 hours of me does, just prior to the pinched look at the clock. It should simply be a nice race.

Even more, however, I would like you my dear friend Bernt Lüchtenborg (57) put his heart, who just twice, and sailing alone nonstop around the world. Bernt's a great person, and I'm always blown away when I read, what and how this big, strong guy writes.
