Good people,

that was maybe a week. No, does not think that you, I've been training a lot total. Also, the reverse is not true. At least not in the form that I have little training, because I was lazy - as has occurred here and there ever been in the past.

On Sunday, I further from badminton recover, I'm still the same, then rose on the wheel. Wonderfully, my little black Basso. Together, we are nice and quiet then cycled to him, where his family and Anna were waiting with coffee and cake on us.

Tuesday: mental preparation for spring ball-Wednesday
Wednesday: Badminton
Thursday: hospital
Friday: Almost worse than Thursday
Saturday: 2:10 running, 20 km
Sunday: 2:40 hours cycling, 75 km

Total: Let's say 5 hours (not counting spring ball)

Juut, now the weather is bad, the golden September seems to be over. It's in a hopefully beautiful October. Despite lousy weather
first, I hope, still get out on a jog. More likely in the evening.
