Hey guys,
are now already almost 2 weeks are passed my last start in Cuxhaven. And I'm writing just now, because I really just needed the time for me to unwind and relax, because that was certainly the conclusion that one could draw from the EWE Athletics. I was extremely tired and was not nearly running what is inside me. Of course it was frustrating because every time I compete I want to present myself in top shape but I have to get me in a season to develop the start. And that's exactly what counts now. Between-Run improve and think again.
In those 2 weeks, there were other things that I made with the sport. So I've tested for example with my friend Nadja Käther for the ARD "Guide technique" Sport headphones, which was very funny and exciting day of filming was. Anyone who wants can look at this post on Saturday to 26.06 on the ARD, as I said in the guide technology.
But mostly I've recovered in those 2 weeks and tried to get his head free for now in the hot phase of the season to start motivated. this is me well done and I feel much better now and I am convinced the fact that I already tomorrow in Osterode will have a better feeling when running. Today I will drive me to Hanover to my parents tomorrow and then continue the trip to Osterode, in the evening where I will get into the blocks. Until then I will not interpret everything endlessly and not see every speck of dust in a "sign" or "signal", but simply run again!
