Diference Between Itching And Pruritus

A look at the new year!

Hey guys,

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and you could a few days off really sleep. When I actually was all so, as always, and that's a good thing! Now I have taken the inertia of the whole food and look motivated and confident in the next year.

2010 overall was another year that has brought me a piece forward. People forget very quickly, for example, that the indoor season and was still there and I could set a new personal best and internationally could achieve my best result with 12 Place at the World Indoor Championships in Doha. Of course it was the following summer season for me not as successful as hoped and so I had to follow the European Championships in Barcelona in my living room. Definitely was something I was really rankled me and has had no night sleep!

This season I had to check off quickly. Even if it was the second best season of my career, I can so natural with the season not to be satisfied. I needed after the outdoor season a while back about me to refocus and to collect me. It was clear that I had to change something to get back to attack again. And the "red pen" I had used especially myself! Mental and physical aspects played the largest role. I wanted to leave weaken strengths to attract new and expand existing strengths!

then began to everything and it was certainly one of the hardest preparations I had ever attended. Now I am but just before the new year and I must ask itself whether the true basis of whether I have done everything by the conditions set for a successful year 2011.

I have a clear answer to that is YES! One of the main aspects for me was again clear goals for me to define. Ambitious and demanding but realistic targets. This was the first step back to the motivation that I need to reach new levels. And there was a second major aspect. And although I have pulled me through the loyalty even to rediscover and as consistent as ever really. This word loyalty means to me that only do things of which I know they are good for me and my goals. This is mainly a matter of course from training and from the immediate environment, but it actually runs through my entire life. It starts with training and ends with the diet. Ic had put a lot of discipline to follow through the day at the Sun Of course there were moments in time where you become weak, but it testifies to the fact that I'm just one more man;). Overall, this preparation in terms of consistency and discipline is a real step forward.

They are now only 2 things that make me more positive for the year 2011! Of course one can never guarantee 100 percent success, but you can do everything that one worked out such a self-awareness that one out deep within can say absolutely convinced: "I can and I make it!". It's usually worth more than anything else. And with the mental support, it is now in the coming days and weeks about me so aligned that the body goes along!

The countdown has begun!
